This letter of recommendation is being written on behalf of M.C. Andrews Co., Inc., of North Andover, Massachusetts, as it relates to their performance on the many tenant fit-up projects and the construction and renovation of a 25,000 square foot office building project they have completed on our behalf.
I have had the opportunity to work with the principals of M.C. Andrews Co., Inc. on many construction projects of the past 25 years, and have found them to be very knowledgeable about he many services a commercial building owners needs from a contractor. The have provided many of these services to us including value engineering, budgeting and scheduling. These services have proven to be invaluable assets to us as we plan and negotiate construction projects.
The latest project M.C. Andrews completed for us is a 25, 000 square foot renovation and addition project and associated tenant fit-up work at 27 Charles Street in North Andover, Massachusetts. This project was delivered ahead of time and within budget. All the associated tenant fit-up work was completed with superior quality of the construction.
