This letter of recommendation for Andrew C. Matses is made with the highest regard for his educational, technical and experience credentials.

I have been involved with Mr. Matses for over fifteen years on construction of all classifications, i.e. multi-story reinforced concrete and steel, masonry structures, pre-engineered buildings and wood frame.

At all times in taking full charge of field supervisory duties he has displayed meticulous attention to construction details and the safety of employees under his direction and the public in general.
